Hi, I’m Claire.
I’m a Qigong teacher and intuitive energy worker based in Freshwater on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
My work brings together embodied practice, energy, intuition and deeper listening — creating space to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded and supportive.
