This work grew from lived experience
I’ve been connected to Spirit for as long as I can remember.
From a young age, I sensed energy, felt the unseen and had a strong inner knowing that there was more to life than what we can see.

Later, living in Hong Kong opened me to Chinese culture in a way that became deeply meaningful to me. I came to love its traditions, philosophies and ways of understanding our relationship with energy, nature and the body.

Qigong grew out of that chapter of my life and became a turning point for me — a way to come home to my body, settle my energy and experience life in a more grounded way.

Over time, energy healing, intuitive guidance and spiritual practice naturally wove alongside Qigong.

Bloom grew from that integration — bringing together the embodied, energetic and spiritual aspects of the work in a way that feels natural to me.

The way I work
My work is intuitive, responsive and grounded in presence. I listen to what is presenting through your body, your energy and, where appropriate, spiritual guidance.
EMBODIED
Working with the body as a source of wisdom
INTUITIVE
Resoponding to what is present for you.
GROUNDED
Supported by ancient wisdom, nature and real-life experience.
OPEN
Holding space for insight, healing and deeper connection.

What I keep coming back to
I’m continually drawn to the wisdom of the natural world, the power of stillness, and the sense that we often carry more inner knowing than we realise.

For me, this work is less about striving for a better version of ourselves and more about listening.

Listening to the body.
Listening to what has become quiet underneath the noise.
Listening to what feels true.

Again and again, I come back to the movement from effort into receiving — creating enough space for what is already there to be noticed.

You don’t need to have everything worked out before you begin.
Work with me
There are a few different ways to work together, depending on what you need at this time.

In person in Freshwater and online.
