My work is intuitive and responsive. I listen to what is presenting through your body, your energy and, where appropriate, spiritual guidance.
This work is not about fixing or changing you. It is about meeting what is here.
Every session is different
There is no set formula and I don’t decide in advance what needs to happen.
I work intuitively with the person in front of me, drawing from different practices depending on what feels most supportive in that moment.

Working with Qi and the body’s energetic system to support balance, movement and flow.

Supporting coherence and connection through the body’s energetic centres and field.
STONE MEDICINE
Crystalline and energetic support may also form part of the work, either during a session or as support afterwards.
AKASHIC & ENERGY WORK
At times we may work with deeper patterns, imagery, symbols or information that emerges through the energetic field.

Sometimes guidance comes through during a session — as words, images, sensations or knowing — and is shared where it feels relevant and supportive.
What might unfold in a session
You may notice warmth, movement, sensation or deep stillness.
You might receive an insight or recognise something you hadn’t previously been able to see.
Emotion may arise, or nothing dramatic may happen at all.
You may simply feel quieter, more spacious or more connected with yourself.
There is nothing you need to force and no particular experience you are meant to have.

90 minutes · $240 in person / $200 online
A spacious first session allowing time to explore what is bringing you here and work deeply with what presents. Includes a written session report.
Extended Energy Work Session
90 minutes · $240 in person / $200 online
For returning clients who want more time and space to continue the work at depth.
Qigong Energy Healing
60 minutes · $180 in person / $160 online
A focused one-to-one session for energetic support, recalibration and reconnection. Written session report available for $45 when requested in advance.
Energy Reset
45 minutes · $111 in person
A shorter session for when you want support, clearing or recalibration without a full-length session. Written session report available for $45 when requested in advance.
Where & how
In person
Freshwater, Sydney's Northern Beaches. Sessions take place in a quiet private room at Freshwater Wellness Centre.
Online
Energy work is also available online, wherever you are.
I work in much the same intuitive way online as I do in person, with time at the beginning and end of the session to connect and talk through anything that arises.
