Honouring Our Bodies in Winter + What’s Blooming at Bloom With Claire

As winter settles in here in Australia, it’s a potent time to pause, listen deeply, and tend to the inner garden of the body. In Chinese Medicine, winter is connected with the Water element and the Kidney system — the storehouse of our ancestral energy, our will, and our deepest reserves. It's a season that invites us inward to replenish, rest, and restore.
You might feel the call to slow down, sleep more, or retreat from the world a little. That’s not laziness — that’s wisdom. This is the time to be kind to the bones, nourish the lower back, keep the feet warm, sip mineral-rich broths or teas, and practise gentle movements like Qigong that nourish the flow of energy without depletion.
I often say: use interested curiosity, not judgment. If your body’s asking for more quiet, more softness — it’s speaking winter’s language.
What’s Blooming at Bloom this winter?
While we’re in a slower season outwardly, things are gently evolving behind the scenes at Bloom With Claire. I wanted to share a few joyful updates with you:
🌱 A Fresh Look: Logo Update
Over the coming weeks, you’ll notice a small visual shift — Bloom With Claire has a new logo. This change reflects the deeper grounding and clarity that has emerged in my work. The new design is more aligned with the essence of what I do: guiding others to learn the language of their body and walk the path of their own healing. Same heart and mission — just a truer outward expression.

✨ Featured in A Centred Life
I’m so honoured to be featured in A Centred Life — a beautiful platform that shines light on heart-led practitioners. The article explores my journey, the roots of Bloom With Claire, and what it means to live in harmony with your energy. If you're curious to read it, you’ll find the link in my Instagram bio and on the homepage of my website.

🌿 A New Membership: IICT
I’m now officially a registered practitioner with the International Institute of Complementary Therapies (IICT). This means that clients — new and existing — can feel extra peace of mind knowing my offerings are held to professional standards. For me, it also opens up a supportive network of fellow practitioners and access to new tools for learning and growth. It’s a small but significant step in strengthening the integrity and sustainability of this work.

🌀 Nourishing the Wisdom Keepers – July 19, 11:30am
Our next in-person circle is coming soon! This event is for post-reproductive women (in mind and/or body) — a space to honour the deep wisdom of this life phase. We’ll move gently with Qigong, connect with the heart and womb, share stories, sip tea, and work with emotions in a loving way.
This gathering is about replenishing your spirit and connecting with others walking a similar path. If this calls to you, you can book here (or DM/email me if you prefer a soft entry 💗). Places are limited and it’s a cosy group.

🌸 Energetic Support: Sacred Boundaries Mist
This season, I’ve found myself reaching again and again for the Sacred Boundaries mist — a gentle ally when I feel porous, overwhelmed, or energetically off-balance. If you’re someone who feels everything (especially during emotional, collective, or geomagnetic waves), this mist was created with you in mind.
It’s made with love, crystal elixirs, and plant allies that support energetic clarity and softness at the same time. You can learn more about the mist here and if youre interested in learning more about the process and meaning about my Stone Medicine Elixirs & Mists click here.
You can buy direct from me on my website (can also ship internationally), or pop into the Freshwater Wellness Centre shop to try the tester. (check here for opening times)

Thank you for walking this path with me. Whether we connect in class, in a healing session, online, or through these seasonal shares — I’m so grateful you’re here.
With warmth,
Claire x
